Gomila is a collaborative project between architects, designers and builders of great international prestige who share the same vision: to revitalize one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Palma with criteria of innovation, creativity and sustainability..

Each of the seven buildings that make up Gomila has been designed with energy efficiency features and passive climate control measures, such as blinds and cross ventilation. To take advantage of the long hours of sunshine that the island offers, solar panels have been installed on the roofs, while heat recovery systems further reduce the buildings' energy consumption.
The colors of the buildings are inspired by the bohemian and eclectic spirit of El Terreno, and express freshness, vitality and optimism, transforming the neighborhood into a cosmopolitan, vibrant icon full of future.
The buildings contribute to the neighborhood, in addition to their own character, unique services, such as spaces for offices, restaurants and nearby shops.
